Online Orientation

All new incoming students participate and complete UT’s Online Orientation program. From academic success to student life, Online Orientation introduces valuable resources and opportunities available to you as a member of the Volunteer family.

Once you’ve registered for orientation, you’ll receive a confirmation email. In that email will be a link to your Online Orientation. You must complete the entire Online Orientation by the first day of classes on January 24, 2022. However, we strongly encourage you to complete it well beforehand! It only takes a little over an hour to finish.

NOTE: Remember, Section 1: Pre-Advising must be completed prior to your virtual advising appointment. That date varies by student and academic college.

You don’t have to complete it all at the same time (up to you). You’ll be able to log back in as many times as you’d like and the system will be up exactly where you left off.

If you run into any issues with your Online Orientation, don’t hesitate to contact
